This knitted jacquard mattress fabric is made from 100% polyester with an air-layer design. Its patterned surface and lightweight construction make it suitable for mattress covers and other bedding products.
The air-layer structure supports airflow through the fabric, while the jacquard pattern is formed as part of the knitted surface rather than being applied as a printed design.
The fabric weighs approximately 120gsm and is supplied at a wide 230cm width. MH provides it for mattress manufacturers, bedding producers, and home textile wholesalers, with pattern, color, weight, and selected finishes available according to approved order requirements.
